Eliot- Allan R. White, 71 of River Road in Eliot died on July 16, 2021 at Portsmouth Hospital following a period of failing health.

Born in Portsmouth, NH on November 14, 1949 a son of the late Elwin R. and Sadie (Manson) White. Allan was raise in Eliot and attended local schools including Marshwood High School.

He met and married his loving wife of fifty two years Patsy (Johnson) White and together they made their home in Eliot and raised their family.

He served his Country proudly in the United Sates Army during the Vietnam War in the 31 ^st Engineering Battalion.  Following service to his country he worked for a time as a laborer for the Kitttery Department of Public Works before beginning a thirty three year career at the Kittery Water District, working his way, as he would say from Ditchman to Foreman, retiring in 2015.

He enjoyed many years of motorcycling, never missing a meal, and always enjoying time spent caring for his property. He and his wife enjoyed a number of years wintering in Kissimmee Florida. He also enjoyed his many DD Crew daily coffee meetings at the Rochester Dunkin Donuts.

Allan is survived by his wife Patsy of Eliot, son Allan "Bud" White of Somersworth, daughter in law Ruth White of Wakefild, NH and grandson Jacob White as well as two twin great grandchildren. He is also survived by his extended brothers and sisters in law whom he enjoyed time with.
