Anita J. (Busque)(Noble) Phillips, age 73, of York, Maine, passed away at Portsmouth Hospital on July 17, 2023 following a brief illness. For 32 years, she was the beloved wife of Gary J. Phillips.

She was born in Laconia, NH on March 28, 1950, daughter of the late Romeo Francis Busque and Pearl Lorraine (Welch) Busque.

Anita was a devoted wife and mother, dedicated to raising her family. In her spare time, she was an avid gardener, and she enjoyed knitting, sewing, quilting and baking bread.

Besides her husband, Gary, she is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Scott & Lauren Noble, of Aspen, CO; a daughter and son-in-law, Heather & Justin Philbrick of Montana; five grandchildren, Alex, Ivy, Stella, Ava and Gabe; two sisters, Vickie Price of York, ME, and Bonnie Busque of Atlanta, GA; a nephew Ryan Price; a niece, Amber Napier; grandnieces & grandnephews, Willow Juniper and Cedar. Anita was the mother of the late Sean Noble who passed in 2022.
