Annette M.
Berube
Sep 30, 1918 — Nov 28, 2016
Somersworth- Annette (Bobbie) Berube passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 28, 2016 at the Wentworth Douglas Hospital. Born on September 30, 1918 to George and Lydia (Ruel) Marceau, she lived her entire life in the Dover/Somersworth and Rollinsford area.
She was married to Eugene Berube of Rollinsford in May of 1943, and enjoyed 52 years of marriage and friendship. They spent many summers at their cottage in Milton, NH, and enjoyed traveling across the US and Europe during retirement. She was an avid cookie baker, and was especially dedicated to her family - she and her husband raised two daughters, and she was always a generous caregiver when needed by her sisters, brothers, in-laws, nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Annette was predeceased by her husband, her parents, and her siblings: Richard, William, the Reverend Valmore Marceau, Bernice, Leah, Rosa, Edna, and Madeleine. She is survived by her daughters Suzanne Berube of Sonoma CA, Julie-Anne Scala and husband Jack Scala of Strafford NH; granddaughters Laurel Scala of Montreal, Canada, Cara Scala and her husband Aaron Leclerc of Concord, NH; her dearly beloved great granddaughter Charlotte Eve Aubin of Montreal, Canada, and many nieces and nephews.
