Milton- Barbara Morse Sullivan, 86 of Hare Road formerly of Eliot Maine, died on January 18, 2022 at her home following a long health struggle.

Barbara was born in South Berwick on June 8,1935 she was a daughter of the late Henry I. And Madeline (Perkins) Morse. She was raised in Eliot and attended local schools graduating from EliotHigh School with the class of 1951.

Barbara met and married her loving husband of fifty one years, John R, Sullivan and together she and John made their home and raised a family on Pleasant Street in South Eliot just a short distance from her childhood home.

She enjoyed working from her home for many years as a hair dresser, often having her clients for many years become like family members. Following Johns death in 2005 she made her home close to her son in Milton.

Barbara was a foundation member of the First Congregational Church UCC of Eliot, where she was an active member of a number of church activities and the Ladies Circle. She also enjoyed attending class reunions and time with family.

She is survived by her sons; John Sullivan Jr and his wife Kristin of Eliot and Anthony and his wife Carole Sullivan of Milton, daughter Roxann " Chickie" Sullivan of Milton, three grandchildren; Wendi Moore, Tiffany Welch, Matthew and his wife Crystal Knapp and eight great grandchildren. Friends are invited to visit with her family on Saturday February 5, 2022 from 10am to noon with the Rev Dr Elizabeth Hoffman officiating in the JS Pelkey and Son Funeral Home 125 Old Post. Road Kittery Maine 03904,  followed by funeral at noon in the funeral home.
