Osspiee NH- Benjamin Lydell Powell, 44 of Sunny View Drive, died on July 24, 2022 . Born in Boston Massachusetts on August 1, 1977, he was a son of Albert "Ben" Edwards and Doris Powell.

He proudly served his country as a member of the Massachusetts Army National Guard for over six years.

He met over twenty four years ago and married his loving wife of sixteen years Shauna L ( Walker) Powell, and is also survived by his parents, daughters; Maryah Lea- Monay, Alexia Rochelle, Kiyana Taleigh, and Nevaeh Angelique as well as sisters;Tamara Powell and her husband Justin Buelto, Tania Powell, and brothers; Larry Powell and Ricardo Knight, his grandmother Florence Clara Hobbs as well as many nieces and nephews. Benjamin was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Osbourn and Lucille Edwards and maternal grandfather Ernest Powell.

He dearly enjoyed time with his family and had a wonderful gift of always making those around him laugh.

Friends are invited to visit with his family on his birthday August 1, 2022 from 11am-1pm in the JS Pelkey and Son Funeral Home 125 Old Post Road Kittery Maine 03904, where a funeral will be celebrated at 1pm in the funeral home.
