Bertha Phyllis Honkala, 74, a longtime Somersworth resident, died June 26, 2012 at the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. Born October 14, 1937 she was the daughter of Waino and Bertha (Dreinczyk) Honkala. Phyllis was retired from the electronics industry where she had worked in various capacities manufacturing computers. She was a devout member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah s Witnesses in Dover. Survivors include many cousins and her many friends in Somersworth including those in the Police Department and City Hall. A Memorial Service will be held Friday July 6th at 7p.m. in Kingdom Hall of Jehovah s Witnesses 77 Long Hill Rd. Dover. Burial will be in Forest Glade Cemetery, Somersworth. Arrangements are entrusted to Bernier Funeral Home 49 South St. Somersworth.
