Eliot-Carolyn Ann Starr, 86 of Leach Road in Eliot, died on September 10, 2022 in her home, after a battle against breast, skin, colon and finally the one she could not beat, pancreatic cancer, which took her in just a couple months.

Born on March 5, 1936 in Breattleboro Vermont, she was the daughter of Albert and Maxine Burroughs.

Caroyln retired following a career at Trelleborg Palmer and Chenard for many years.

She was an avid bowler at the Wednesday night mix bowling leagure at Bowl USA. She also enjoyed her gardens as she loved flowers, especially roses, She adored her three dogs who brought much joy into her life, they are already missing her so much.

Carolyn is predeceased by her husband George Starr. She is survived by her daughter Jeanne Banz, son Jay and his wife Angela Starr all of Eliot; her sister Nancy and her husband Carl Seavy of Jefferson, NH; five grandchildren, Matthew Murray, Christopher and his wife Erin Murray, Joseph, Christina and Amanda as well as sixteen great grandchildren.

Friends are invited to visit with Carolyns family on Friday September 23, 2022 from 6-8pm in the JS Pelkey Funeral Home 125 Old Post Road Kittery Maine 03904. Her funeral will be celebrated on Saturday September 24, 2022 at 2pm in the funeral home.
