Christopher David Mowen's Obituary
Christopher was born in Kingsville, Texas, January 3, 1985, to Susan Lane and David Mowen. His family was a Navy family so he spent his earliest years in Virginia Beach, VA., where his father was stationed.
During his school years Chris lived in Strafford, NH, with his mother and step-father, Vincent Miranda, along with his two brothers. He graduated from Coe-Brown Academy in Northwood, NH in 2003. From there Christopher studied for four years at Plymouth University. Soon after, he resided in Florida for a short time before returning to Strafford, NH.
Chris joined the Army National Guard in 2009 and served in New Hampshire. He also spent a year in Kuwait. Just before leaving for Kuwait, Christopher Mowen and Julie Stevens were married. Their little girl, Addison Rose, was born on June 9, 2016. Christopher was a loving husband and a proud father and we are all privileged to have had Christopher be part of our lives. He enjoyed amd lived his life to the fullest.
