Clarissa Gloria Goodwin,77, of Kittery, Maine peacefully passed away surrounded by love on Saturday, June 6. She was born in Biddeford, Maine on August 1,1948 the daughter of Mahlon G. and Margaret A. Dore.

Over the years she built a life of family, faith and service. Caring for others as a private duty nurse was her primary occupation. Known for her knitting she also enjoyed indulging in her favorite foods of ice cream and lobster rolls. Spending time with her grandchildren and being with her church community were what brought her the most joy.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded by her son Mark S. Goodwin and survived by her brother Timothy M. Dore, her children Deborah J. Ellison, Mary A. Robles (John), David L. Goodwin, daughter-in-law Brandi L. Goodwin, 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Please join us to celebrate her life on Saturday, August 1st 10:00 a.m. at Cape Neddick Baptist Church 34 River Road Cape Neddick, ME followed by 1:00 p.m. burial at Pine Grove Cemetery North 6 Clarks Bridge Road North Waterboro, ME.
