Dover, New Hampshire- Claudia Lynn Grant , 50, passed away peacefully from a terminal illness at
Wentworth Douglas Hospital on Monday, July 12, 2021 surrounded by her family and loved ones. Born
December 14, 1970 in Haverhill, Massachusetts to the late Sharon Bolyard. Claudia leaves behind two
beautiful daughters Jessi-Lee Grant and Dakota Benoit of Boscawen, New Hampshire and four siblings;
Sharon-ann Grant of East Rochester, New Hampshire, Kim & Bob Dube of Farmington, New Hampshire,
James Camarato & Tracey Sabourin of Rochester, New Hampshire, and Tony Camarato & Jessica
Shapleigh of Somersworth, New Hampshire along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She also leaves behind her boyfriend Rick Arsenault of Somersworth, New Hampshire. She
was predeceased by her mother Sharon Bolyard, Pop Ralph Bolyard and brother Michael Camarato.
Claudia grew up in Kittery, Maine where she attended school and she worked as a bartender for many
years at the Old Bridge Cafe in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Claudia will be remembered for her kind
and giving heart and for her love (to the moon and back) of both of her daughters. Claudia had a love
for motorcycles; Laconia Bike Week and partying her ass off with Captain Morgan and her friends.
Claudia's journey in life was always adventurous; to say the least. She will be missed dearly by her
daughters, family and her many, many friends. Claudia's ashes will be traveling by motorcycle to her
final resting place; Orchard Grove Cemetery in Kittery, Maine on July 24, 2021, leaving the Portsmouth
American Legion at 10:30am and burial services beginning at 11:15am. There will be a celebration of life
afterwards at the American Legion in Portsmouth, New Hampshire at 1:00pm. Details will be posted on
Facebook to coordinate Claudia's last ride.
