David A. Cantin, 52, formerly of 154 Blackwater Rd. Somersworth, died January 27, 2012 at Concord Hospital following a period of declining health. He was born in Rochester June 13, 1959 the son of Albert and Patricia (McGlone) Cantin. David was developmentally challenged and had lived foster care most of his life. His parents preceded him in death. David was on a bowling league and participated in Special Olympics. He also held a part time job at Twin River Associates in Stratham. David is survived by his sister and her husband, Suzanne and Dan Bourque of Milton, NH, and a nephew, Jacob Bourque of Somersworth. Friends may call Friday from 9-10:30am at the Bernier Funeral Home 49 South St. Somersworth. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am at St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish in St. Martin Church, Somersworth with Rev. Michael S. Taylor, pastor as celebrant. David will be buried with his parents in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Somersworth.
