Somersworth- Dean "Deano" F. Gould passed away on March 13, 2016.

Born on November 4, 1940 to parents Frederick and Alice (Palmer) Gould. Dean graduated with the class of 1959 from Beverly High School. After High school Dean enlisted into the United States Navy, proudly serving from 1959-1961.

Dean was a member of Elks Club in Dover, NH as well as being a past commander of American Legion in Hamilton, MA. Dean worked for Verizon as a cable splicer for many years.

Dean enjoyed cooking, hunting, fishing, gardening and the outdoors.

Dean was predeceased by his loving wife of 53 years Elaine (Phillips)Gould, and daughter Sally Hills of Rochester, NH.

Dean is survived by his son Barry Gould and wife Erica of West Springfield, MA; grandchildren Christopher Gould and his wife Justine of Ludlow, MA, Dustin Gould of Tampa, FL, and Alisha Gould of Hunstville, AL, Asa and Phyllis Landers of West Springfield, MA, and Nichole Landers of Salem, MA; sisters Carolyn Drown of Melbourne, FL, and Jane Makros of Michigan, sister in-law Janet Ward and her husband Roger of Barrington, NH, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Services: A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday April 2nd at 11am at Bernier Funeral Home 49 South St. Somersworth, NH, interment will take place at 1pm at Stratham Cemetery in Stratham, NH.
