Debra "Deb" Ann Clifford

October 6, 1959 - February 6, 2026

Debra "Deb" Ann Clifford, 66, of Kittery, Maine, passed away following complications resulting from a spinal cord injury sustained in July.

Deb was born on October 6, 1959, in Waterbury, Connecticut, to Joseph L. and Mary J. (Kennedy) Simpson. She attended Sacred Heart High School and later graduated from Southern Connecticut State University. Deb enjoyed a long, dedicated career as a Staff Accountant at Sprague Energy, where she worked for many years before retiring in 2024.

Deb married Jack Clifford in 1990, and together they shared 34 wonderful years, raising their two beloved children, Jillian and Matthew. Deb was a deeply devoted wife and mother who put her family at the center of her life, always ensuring they felt loved, supported, and cared for. While nothing made her happier than her family, she also loved her cars, traveling, and the Boston Red Sox.

Deb is survived by her children, Jillian and Matthew; her daughter-in-law, Sasha Antequera-Ordonez; her son-in-law, Jesse Bradford; her grandchildren, Malcolm and Peyton; and her brothers, Larry and Joseph. She was predeceased by her husband, Jack, and her parents.
