York, Maine: Donald Randall Proctor passed away peacefully Sunday, April 18, 2021. Donald was born on May, 17, 1933 in North Yarmouth, Maine to Randall and Ruth (Fuller) Proctor, and graduated from Edward Little High School in Auburn. Don married his loving wife, Charlotte Anna Blaisdell in York, on May 19, 1957. Their wedding was the talk of the town!

Don and Charlotte spent their early years traveling with his job as a retail manager before settling down in their beloved York. They loved to travel abroad and across our great United States. Hawaii and Alaska were some of his favorite trips.
He was an avid vegetable gardener, committed Mason, Member of St. Aspinquid Masonic Lodge #198, and loved living on the farm.

Donald is predeceased by his wife, Charlotte, sister, Barbara Lee, brother, Lewis Proctor, and half-brother Freland Proctor.

He is survived by his daughter - Pamela Thivierge and her husband Dennis of Concord, NH; daughter - Ruth Proctor and her life partner Steve Tetreault of York, ME; grandsons Colby and Cooper Thivierge of Concord, NH; sister - Margo Mercier of Auburn, Maine, brother and sister in law - Henry Blaisdell and wife Patricia, of York, ME; nieces - Cherie Blaisdell, and Patty Flynt; nephews - David, Thomas, Douglas, Michael, and Matthew Blaisdell, Randy and Rodney Mercier, Steven and David Lee, and many grandnieces and grandnephews.

Services: There will be a time of visiting on Sunday April 25th from 4:30 to 6:00 pm at JS Pelkey & Son Funeral Home at 125 Old Post Rd., Kittery, ME. A service will be held on Saturday, May 1st 2021 at 11:00 am at the York Street Baptist Church, 61 York St., York, ME.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to York Ambulance Association.
