Dorothy K. Payne, 89, of York, Maine, passed away at home, October 18, 2021, of natural causes. She was born in Haverhill, Massachusetts on January 22, 1932.

Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Linda Young and her husband Lawrence Young of York, ME, Brenda Payne and her spouse Timothy Raynes from Kittery, and one grandson, Sean Van Buren.

She was predeceased by her husband Maurice J. Payne, that died on February 15, 2017.

Dorothy enjoyed sewing, knitting, word searches and reading.

Per her request, there will be no services for Dorothy.

Care for the Payne family has been entrusted to the JS Pelkey & Son Funeral Home.
