Somersworth- Dorothy Patricia Tapscott, 97 of Franklin Street died suddenly at her home Thursday, March 31st.
Ms Tapscott was born March 21st, 1919 in Somersworth where she continued to reside until her death. She was the daughter of Albert A and Mary Ellen (Sullivan) Tapscott.
Prior to her retirement she was a manager at Cumberland Farms in Dover.
Members of her family include her sister, Eileen Cole of Dover and several nieces and nephews.
Services: Visiting hours will be from 4p-6p, Thursday, April 7th at the Bernier Funeral Home 49 South Street Somersworth, NH. A funeral Mass will be held at 11am on Friday April 8th, at Holy Trinity Church, 404 High St., Somersworth, NH, followed by interment at Holy Trinity Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to The Homemakers Health Services 215 Rochester Hill Rd Rochester, NH 03867. Online condolences may be made by visiting www.bernierfuneralhome.net. Care for the Tapscott family has been entrusted to the Bernier Funeral Home.
