Elaine passed on to be with Jesus and into the arms of her beloved husband, Steve, on June 7, 2024.

Elaine grew up in Massachusetts and raised her family in Ashland, MA, with her husband of 49 years, Stephen L. Perry. She spent her whole life caring for and loving her family. She was a devoted wife, a nurturing mother, a proud grandmother (Mammie), and a faithful friend.

Elaine is survived by her five children: Debby Kefover, Wendy Perry, Lisa Perry, Lyn Rouzzo, her husband Michael, and Robert Mead and his wife Sharon.

She also leaves behind seven grandchildren: Brianna Klein and her fiancé Dom; Tanner Kefover and his fiancé Rachel, Cassandra Perry; Drew Esler and his wife Toby; Conner Esler, Hayden Esler; Jackson Mead and her grand dog, Lily; her siblings Richard, Robert, Paul, and Karen; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Elaine was preceded in death by her husband Stephen L. Perry, her brother Donald Gleason, and her sisters Joan Bowers and Nancy Jacobs. All who knew her and loved her will miss Elaine's smile, bizarre sense of humor, laugh, and generous heart.

A celebration of Elaine's life will be held later this summer in Eliot, Maine. Arrangements are being handled by J.S. Pelkey & Son's Funeral Home in Kittery, Maine.
