Obituary

KITTERY PT. – Elizabeth Arsenault, 84, of Kittery Pt., died suddenly on Saturday, October 7, 2017.

Born in Boston, Mass. she was the daughter of Russell and Edna Hammons.

She is survived by her son Brian Sullivan and his wife Cathy of Georgetown, Mass.; daughter Susan Simpson and her husband David of Kennebunk, Maine; Son Russell Sullivan and fiancé Dilva Silva of Nashua, New Hampshire; daughter Carol Besade and husband Edward of Essex Junction, Vermont; stepdaughter Jennifer Arsenault of Arizona; and four grandchildren (Timothy Sullivan, Evan Sullivan, Eleanor Besade and Maureen Besade).

She was predeceased by her first husband Neil Sullivan and her second husband Rene Arsenault.

Elizabeth had a full life early on raising her family, and later a successful career as a sales associate at Filene's in Newington, New Hampshire.  She enjoyed cooking, spending time with family and friends, and being by the ocean with her devoted Chesapeakes.  She was a very caring soul to all who knew her and she will truly be missed.

SERVICES: A memorial service will be celebrated at 1 p.m. on Monday, October 16, 2017 at J.S. Pelkey Funeral Home on 125 Old Post Rd. in Kittery, Maine.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to Chesapeake Safe Harbor rescue of Amherst, Mass.
