Somersworth- Eric John Nadeau, 54 of Somersworth died on May 10, 2025 following a courageous battle against kidney disease.

Born on December 27, 1970 in Prtsmouth he was a son of Barbara Buford and the late Oscar Buford. Eric was raised in Portsmouth and attended Portsmouth schools before graduating from Athens High School in Cary North Carolina.

Eric proudly served his country in the United Sates Army for eight years.

Following his service to his country he worked in the hospitality industry most recently dedicating himself and his culinary talents to the members at Nippo Lake Golf Course where he worked for over thirteen years, making many friends and serving the Nippo Lake family.

He enjoyed reading a good book, meeting new people and moved to spin a great story highlighting his intelligence and desire to make a friend our of a stranger.

Eric is survived by his mother Barbara Nadeau, brothers; James Landwert, Stephen and his wife Tammy Landwert, sisters; Lisa Woodward and Julie Brown, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the NH SPCA or a pet shelter of your choice.
