Somersworth – Florence Cecile (Cote) Theberge, 87, passed away Thursday July 26, 2018. She was born in Dover New Hampshire July 25, 1931, the daughter of Pierre and Eva (Caron) Cote. She then raised her family in Rollinsford NH, and after retirement moved to Florida for 20 years. She returned to NH and spent the last 10 years in Somersworth.

Florence was a loving wife, mother and Memere. Throughout her life she enjoyed many hobbies like bowling, golf, and pottery. She belonged to the St. Anne's Guild, the women's axillary of the Rollinsford American Legion, the Red Hats, and she enjoyed volunteering for the Bereavement Committee and was a Eucharistic Minister at St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish.

Florence was survived by her son Robert Fogarty and his wife Beth, her daughter Carleen (Fogarty) Plante and her husband Rene, her daughter Susan (Theberge) Card and her husband Tim, eight grandchildren and their spouses, sixteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Florence was predeceased by her parents Pierre and Eva (Caron) Cote, her loving husband George "Sonny" A. Theberge, four sisters Dorothy Leslie, Doris Doyle, Anita Hamel and Jan Albert, and four brothers Arthur Cote, Edmond Cote, Rudy Stern and Richard Cote.

SERVICES: A time of visitation will be held Friday August 17, from 5-7 p.m. at the Bernier-Pelkey Funeral Home, 49 South St., Somersworth, NH. A funeral service will be held at St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish at St. Martin Catholic Church, 120 Maple St., Somersworth, NH on Saturday, August 18, at 10 AM.
