Geraldine (Hebert) Carrier of Somersworth, New Hampshire, died Thursday morning January 13, 2022.

Geraldine was born February 27, 1939, to Armand and Elizabeth Hebert. Geraldine was a graduate of Somersworth High School. She was married to Joseph Edward Carrier and together they ran a service station and garage on Main Street in Somersworth. After selling the business she finished her career with Care Pharmacy. She moved to Rochester, NY in 1998 and helped raise her two grandchildren. Her quiet demeanor and sympathetic ear endeared her to visitors, family, friends and even complete strangers. She was known for her kindness and warmth. She had an ability to endure some of life's hardest challenges without complaint.

She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Edward Carrier, her daughter Michelle (McDermott), siblings Armand, Celia, Eugene and Conrad.

Geraldine is survived by her sister Gail (Hebert) McConkey of Rochester, NY: her son Edward Carrier and fiance Cynthia Boucher of East Kingston, NH; her son Steven and his wife Michele of Saco, ME; her grand daughter Kate McDermott of Park City, UT; and her grandson Keenan McDermott of Walker, MI.
