Isabelle (Belle), Annie Irving passed away at the age of 90 on December 7, 2021 at the Lodges Care Center in Springvale, ME with two of her daughters by her side.

Belle was born on June 19, 1931 to the parents of Robert and Annie Gilman of Derry, NH.

Belle was a crazy outgoing Mom, Nana, Aunt and friend who would do anything for a laugh including embarrassing her kids by yodeling in grocery stores, restaurants or anyplace she could!

She loved to color her hair crazy colors and wear hats from pink flamingos to parrots. She loved a good party with dancing, whiskey and karaoke. There was nothing she wouldn't try as long as it didn't involve heights!

Belle in her younger years made wedding cakes. She also loved cooking and baking.

Belle did a lot of volunteering, it made her feel useful. Belle loved kids, everyone and anyone's! I guess that's a given since she had 7 of her own.

She loved spending time with her family. Belle was always up for playing games and doing any sort of craft she could learn.

If you knew Belle, you know she loved to dress to the nines from hat to shoes, she was a beautiful woman. Belle was a social butterfly who loved to be the center of attention and was loved by many.

Belle was married in 1950 to her now deceased husband, William Irving which was soon followed by seven children:

William Irving, Jr., Darline Stephens and her husband Gray, her deceased son, Gary

and his wife Linda Irving, Wayne and his wife Gall Irving, Kim Irving, Faith Sherwood and her husband Mark and Tammy Dayton and her husband David.

Belle also had 13 grand children, 25 great grand children, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Belle was predeceased by her two sisters Rosie Gilman and Etta Ford.
