Jacqueline "Jackie" Pauline Blier, 82, of Rochester, NH, passed away on April 17, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Jackie was born on May 19, 1938 in Lewiston, ME. Daughter of Arthur and Loretta Boulet. In her teenage years, a young teasing blue-eyed boy threw popcorn in her hair at the movie theater, until she agreed to a date. On August 18, 1956 she married that young man, Clarence Blier, Sr. in their home town of Lewiston. Together they raised three rowdy and boisterous children in Dover, where there was never a dull moment in their home.

Jackie and Clarence successfully owned a flooring business for over 50 years, that later became Blier Flooring, until her retirement in 2011. As an entrepreneur, Jackie proudly stated to everyone and anyone that would listen, "I own this business!", which always gave her children a chuckle! She was incredibly proud to work alongside her husband and three children, in a successful family run business.

Some of Jackie's most favorite things in life included her children and grandchildren, shopping, playing bingo, traveling to Las Vegas and "her" condo in Florida!  Every year from when she was a child till her mother's passing, Jackie spent her Fourth of July week with all of her siblings and her parents, at Old Orchard Beach laughing, eating, sunbathing, playing cards and making memories. She loved her family and loved them deep. She was the matriarch that brought the family together to celebrate large holiday gatherings, sometimes upwards of thirty people in attendance, where the highlight of her night was seeing the magic of Christmas in her grandchildren's eyes.

She was Memere to nine grandchildren: Mandi, Churi, Jason, Sarah (Scott), Erica, Jessica, Melissa (Blier), Christopher (Blier), Jacqueline (Howard) and Leah Shepard. She was great Grand-Mere to twenty-four great grand children!

Jackie is survived by her loving husband, Clarence, who stayed by her side till the very end; daughter, Cindy Scott and her husband, Jeff; son, Clarence "Rocky" Blier, Jr.; daughter, Caroline Howard; brothers, Arthur and Roland Boulet; and sister, Linda Soucy.

She was predeceased by her parents; sisters, Pauline Vecchiarello and Joline Dufour, whom she is finally reunited with, again.

Due to unprecedented times, services will be restricted to immediate family only . In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Jackie's memory.
