Berwick- James Anthony Leary, 53 of Portland Street in South Berwick and a long time resident of Berwick, died on November 13, 2021 the result of a traffic crash.

Jim was born on December 8, 1967 a son of Evelyn Townsend and the late Robert Leary. Attended local schools graduating from Dover High School.

He settled in Berwick for many years and spent many years working with P.Gagnon & Son. He eventually began his own furnace service D&A Heating for a number of years serving the local area.

Jim was well liked and enjoyed the outdoors; especially hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling, and spending time with friends  and family.

He is survived by his mother, two sons; Dylan and Andy Leary and their mother Nancy Leary and a stepson Vincent Elwell. He was predeceased by his father Robert Leary, step father Edward Townsend, wife Deborah (Gallagher) Leary and a sister Gayann Daily.
