Janet Brooks Sahli of Kittery Point passed away on January 31, 2024, at the home she loved and grew up in with her husband of forty eight years, Robert Sahli, by her side, and who provided the best care at the end of Janet's life. She was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Nancy Brooks, her brother Vaughan "Unk" Brooks, and her beloved son, Jimmy Sponsler. She is also survived by her daughter Julie Baer and husband Billy, daughter Gina Cullen and husband Jeff. She was blessed with five grandchildren Samantha, Jamie, Robert, Derek, and Aden James; step grandchild Julie, "nephew" Nelson Brooks, and ALL the Sahlis in MN.

Janet had a great sense of fashion and never missed a sale at Macy's. She loved her long road trips and time spent in FL with her gypsy sister, Kandy. Many marvelous meals were enjoyed in Kittery Point, and Christmas was always made special. Janet was an animal lover, she loved being Meme and was the biggest Judge Judy fan. Her loss has created a void that can't be filled.
