Sanford- Jason Richard Scott, 41, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family members, in the early morning of January 10th at Maine Medical Center. He was born at Lowell General Hospital on July 26th, 1973, to loving parents Shirley and Edmund Scott. Jason grew up in Billerica, Massachusetts, along with siblings Jeffrey, Janice, and Jayne. Over the course of Jason's life he has had many great experiences. He spent his time traveling, watching his favorite sports teams, and spending numerous holidays with friends and family, particularly Halloween which was his favorite. His most recent place of residence was with the Waban community, in Sanford, Maine, where he made numerous close friends. In addition to his loving parents of Berwick, Maine; he is survived by his siblings Jeffery and Cindy Scott, Janice and Augusto Grace, and Jayne and Michael Flynn. Jason is also survived by many of his nieces and nephews who will continue to feel the love their uncle provided for so many years. Memorial services will be held on Friday January 16, 2014 at 6pm in the J.S. Pelkey Funeral Home at 125 Old Post Rd Kittery, Maine 03904. All friends and family members are welcome to attend the remembrance of our beloved Jason.
