Jean A. Tylock of Dunkirk, NY, passed away on February 2, 2025, at Chautauqua Nursing and Rehab Center.

Born August 2, 1939, to Mildred and Guy Dunning in Portsmouth, NH. She attended Eliot Schools and served on Eliot's budget committee. She was a Congregational Church of Eliot member and participated in the Eliot Festival program.

Jean is survived by her two sons, Justin and wife Linda, Brent and wife Marie, and stepson Kenneth J. Tylock and wife Christine. Grandchildren Jaclyn Goodwin & Partner Ryan Burnett, Brittany & Husband Matt Pelchat, and Kayla Gaskell. Step grandchildren, Kathryn DePaul, Angela Tylock, Cameron Bowes, and Christopher Bowes.

Jean is predeceased by her mother and Father, Mildred and Guy Dunning. Husbands K. Wayne Goodwin and Kenneth Tylock. Son, Curtis Goodwin; Sisters, Norma Kimball, Stella Moody, Virginia Jones, and Lois Hallam.
