Obituary

Caribou- Mrs Jeanne D Hamann Pelletier passed away on 6-20-15 at 6 pm at the age of 93. Mrs. Pelletier was predeceased by her husband Fernand Pelletier, her sisters Alice and Marguerite Hamann, Germaine Dulac, and her brothers Henri, Robert, Jean-Louis and Emilien Hamann. Jeanne Pelletier is survived by her sons Maurice and Marcel Pelletier and her daughters Louise Liming and Jeanine Levasseur. She is lovingly remembered by her sister Irene Gagne in Green, Maine, her grandsons Christopher and Heath Pelletier, Andrew Liming, Ryan and Brent Levasseur, and her grand-daughters Stephanie, Olivia and Alison Pelletier and many nieces and nephews. Jeanne Pelletier was born in La Tuque, Quebec, Canada on August 24,1921. Her family moved to Lewiston, Maine during her childhood. Here she met and married Fernand Pelletier. They later moved to Rochester, N.H. where they lived till he passed away in 1995. Mrs.Pelletier later relocated to Caribou, Maine to live closer to her eldest son Maurice and his wife Laurie Pelletier. Mrs. Jeanne Pelletier enjoyed playing the piano, sewing, crocheting, gardening and cooking for her family. The funeral mass will be held at Holy Rosary Church in Rochester, N.H. on Saturday, July 18 2015 at 10 AM. Interment to follow at St Ignatius Loyola Cemetery in Somersworth, N.H. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jeanne Pelletier's name to the Hospice Organization in Caribou, Maine.
