Exeter- Joel MacDougall, 64, passed away at Pinnacle Health & Rehab on Feb. 14, 2022 after a long illness.

He was born on Feb. 24, 1958 in Portsmouth, NH, son of Hugh and Rowena MacDougall.

Joel worked for many years in his own home repair and carpenter business known as Wicked Good Home Repair. He was a master carpenter and lived by the measure twice and cut once theory.

Besides his wife, Janice of thirty five years, survivors include his son Hugh MacDougall and his wife Amanda of Sanford, ME; his daughter Sarah McGuire and her husband Brian of New Bern, NC; his daughter Bethany MacDougall of New Bern, NC; brothers, James MacDougall, Jonathan MacDougall and Jason MacDougall and their spouses. He is also survived by many beloved grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to visit with his family on Thursday February 24 ^th 2022 from 3-5pm in the JS Pelkey and Son Funeral Home where a memorial service will be celebrated at 5pm.
