Somersworth - Joseph Shean Perry, age 49, died unexpectedly early Friday morning on October 7, 2016. Joseph was born on August 12, 1967 in Statesboro Georgia. Foremost Joseph was a devoted and loving father who considered his daughters to be his greatest accomplishment. He was a gifted poet, singer-songwriter and musician as well as a skilled woodworker and furniture maker. His interests were hiking, bodybuilding, holistic health and the sciences. He worked in several trades throughout his lifetime including, roofing, carpentry and electrical. He is survived by his two daughters; Leithia Lee Perry and Kiara Perry and his partner Courtney Arthur, his father James Perry, step mother Jeannette Courier, brother Mitchell Perry, sisters; Leitha Talmage, Laurie Cleary, Kim Nelson, nephews; James Joubert, William Keene, Mitchell Perry Jr, nieces; Lisa Perry, Laurie Powers, Sarah Poskus, Heather Ralston; great nephews Ian Levasseur, Corey Levasseur, Ryan Perry, Michael Bramhall; great nieces Jessica Joubert, Amy Bramhall, Evelyn Levasseur, and Gabriella Poskus. He is preceded in death by his mother, Susan Perry, sister Linda Perry and nephew Christopher Keene. Services will be held at Grace Community Church, 57 Wakefield St, Rochester NH, Friday October 14that 5 pm. A gathering of family and friends will follow the service at the same location from 6-8pm.
