Justin P. Belanger, 43, of Boulder, Colorado passed away at his home atop a beautiful mountain in the Pine Needle Notch community on November 7, 2023.

Born in Dover, New Hampshire on May 7, 1980, Justin was the loving and caring son of Susan Belanger and Timothy & Robin Belanger. Born and raised in Dover, Justin attended Woodman Park Elementary, Dover Junior High, and graduated from Dover High School. Justin played baseball, lacrosse, and thrived & lettered in ice hockey his freshman year. He spent his summers as an avid slalom/barefoot water skier on Milton Three Ponds. After High School, Justin continued to grow his custom tile business, J. Belanger's Custom Installations, constructing tile and stone projects, which later led to his being highlighted in a couple of local publications for his work.

Justin's love for adventure, camping, and traveling to many state parks, landed him in Colorado, where he enjoyed the outdoors and his true love of snowboarding and often took it to the extreme with Heli-boarding.

Once established in Colorado, Justin excelled in the plant industry, building a proud, successful career.

In addition to his parents, Justin is survived by his brother, Timothy Belanger II, his nephew Timothy Belanger III, multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins along with his amazing friends, and of course his beloved dog Blu.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Rollinsford Legion located at 551 Foundry Street in Rollinsford, NH 03869 on Saturday, April 13th, 2024, from 12 pm – 4 pm.
