Obituary

Kelly Lorine Palmer, 30, of Brewer, Maine, died unexpectedly Monday, February 14, 2022. Kelly was born in Portsmouth, NH on May 13, 1991, daughter of Wendi Palmer and the late Kevin Palmer.

Kelly was raised in Portsmouth and Dover, NH. She recently created an amazing life in Brewer, Maine, focusing on her recovery while helping others also in recovery.  She worked as a PATH Peer Navigator in Bangor, Maine providing help to adults who were homeless, had mental health issues, or substance abuse issues.  She loved her job and excelled at it.  Kelly was an amazing singer. In her free time, she would record herself singing her favorite songs and post them for the world to hear. She recently took up meditation, prayer, and the belief in a higher power, making these part of her daily life.

Kelly is survived by her daughters Ayva and Brooklyn, mother Wendi Palmer, stepfather Peter Naples, older sister Sarah Willey, twin sister Courtney Holt-Corti, brother in law Cameron Holt-Corti, brother Alex Day, step siblings Zachary, Amanda, and Elizabeth Naples, grandmother Lorine Bolduc, boyfriend Matt Landry, and her beloved dog, Remi. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and close friends she considered family.

Kelly was able to give the gift of life through organ donation, saving five people in her passing.

Friends are invited to visit with her family on Saturday, February 26, from 1-3p at JS Pelkey & Son Funeral Home, at 125 Old Post Road Kittery, Maine. A Celebration of Life will follow from 3-8 at John F. Hill Grange Hall at 1412 State Road, Eliot Maine. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local recovery center in Kelly's memory.
