Kenneth L. Lilly Jr 97, of Waterville, Maine died on May 20 ^th at the home of his son in Eliot, with his family by his side. He was the son of Kenneth L. (Sr.) and Catherine (Carr) Lilly.

He is survived by his wife , Claranne (Hume) Lilly of Waterville, son Kenneth L Lilly III, and wife Jayne of Eliot, a daughter, Katherine and her husband David Dutkiewicz Florida, a brother in law, Andrew Payton Hume of Veazie , and a sister, Alice Tobey of Eliot. Also, 7 beloved grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephew.

He was predeceased by his parents, two brothers Arthur Lilly, Donald Lilly, his first wife,  Willie Lilly, as well as a Brother-in law, Charles Tobey.

He proudly served in the US Navy during World War II, Korea, and Vietnam Wars as an Aircraft Mechanic. He retired as Chief Petty Officer after serving for twenty years.

He later owned and operated Tekon Air & Balancing Company, which did jobs in New England and Canada.

He was a fifty two year life member of the Eliot American Legion. He obtained his Master Guide License and was active guiding into his 80's.

A graveside service with Military Honors  will be held on Wednesday, May 25 ^th at 11:00 at Brooks Memorial Cemetery In Eliot.
