Obituary

Lori Wilson Lauckner of Kittery Maine, formerly of Lebanon Maine, passed away on January 9, surrounded by family.

Lori was born in Portland, ME on January 29,1955. She is survived by her husband Stephen Lauckner, Sr; her daughters Adrienne Winograd (husband David) of Lebanon, ME, Monique Rice (husband Simon) of Winston-Salem, NC, Michelle Schweitzer (husband Scott) of Cornelius, NC and son Stephen Lauckner, Jr (wife Melissa) of Kittery, ME. Lori was so proud to be a grandmother to Jacie, Cory, Ryan, Nate (wife Sami), Ashlynn, Mason, Brynlee, Easton and a yet to be named granddaughter due in March. Her grandchildren brought her much joy.

Lori is also survived by her sister-in-law Cindy Wilson and siblings Paula Dunn (husband Dennis), Sue Littlefield (husband Douglas), Patty Lee (husband Gary) and Ronnie Wilson (wife Jan). They are predeceased by their parents along with brothers Steven Wilson and Galen Wilson.

She was an employee of the Noble School District for over 20 years where she was affectionately known as 'Babs'. Lori was fiercely proud of her time teaching and working with the special education population and made a difference in many student's lives.

Lori and Steve enjoyed Nascar and local racing almost as much as they loved their family. They could be seen all over New Hampshire and Maine with their camper at the racetracks supporting their favorite drivers and enjoying great racing with friends and family. They also enjoyed many cruises together where they visited the Bahamas, Mexico, and the island of St. Stephen.

More than anything else, she enjoyed a bargain and will be deeply missed by the local thrift shop community. Her Family will miss the one of a kind and unique but also ill-suited gifts. A yard sale of her various finds will be announced at a later date with the local auction house of "I Gotta have that Bargain and Antiques."

Cremation arrangements are being handled by J.S. Pelkey Funeral Home in Kittery, Maine.
