Madeline L. Richards, 84, of York, Maine, died Monday, March 28, 2022 at Sentry Hill after an extended illness.  Her passing was peaceful.

Madeline was born in Dexter, Maine to Harry and Doris Easley.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth D. Richards and son, David H. Richards.

She is survived by her children, Paul (Darla) of Somersworth, NH; Robert of Vernon, AZ; Beth Filiau (Robert) of Shelby Township, MI; Carol of Dover, NH; Bradley of Smyrna, NY; Beverly Roy (David) of South Berwick, ME; Kathleen Rimby (Dee) of Massachusetts; grandchildren David, Matthew, Dale, Tracy, Jessica, Timothy, Steven, Kevin, Gina, Melanie, and Laura, and many great grandchildren.

She is survived by her sisters Maxine Holt and Ruth Foisy, and many nieces and nephews.

She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Kittery, ME.

Arrangements are entrusted to J.S. Pelkey Funeral Home, 125 Old Post Road, Kittery, ME.  Services will be held Friday, April 1st beginning at noon.  A visitation will follow the service.
