Marguerite Perreault 94 died Thursday January 17 2013 at Riverside Rest Home. Born in Somersworth April 27 1918 the daughter of Adjutor Turgeon and Louise Gaudreau. Marguerite was a homemaker and a devoted wife and mother. She was a Cub Scout den mother for years. Marguerite married Roland Perreault in June of 1941. together, they built a life in Somersworth. She was a longtime communicant of St. Martin Church. Marguerite helped Roland with Perreault s Furniture and later owning and operating Jack & Jill Mobile Home Park. They retired to their summer home at Milton Three Ponds. Marguerite and Roland enjoyed many years there. She was also devoted to her three granddaughters and especially fond of her four great-grandsons. She was so proud to be a GG as she called herself. Members of her family include her son Marc and wife Marian (DuBois), granddaughters Paula (David) Forbes of Dover NH, Pamela (Matt) Hess of Berlin NJ, and Melissa Perreault of Rye NH, her great-grandsons Ian and Evan Forbes and Ryan and Sean Hess. Also, her sisters Claire Gingras of Durham NH and Armande Hughes of Nashua. She was predeceased by her husband Roland in 2010, her son Roger in 1981 and her daughter Rollande in 1989; many brothers and sisters also predeceased her. The family would like to thank Watson Fields for her care while she was there, also many thanks to the staff of Riverside Rest Home Unit 1 for the wonderful care they gave to Marguerite. Visitation will be Tuesday from 9 10:45 a.m. in Bernier Funeral Home 49 South Street Somersworth. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. at St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish in St. Martin Church The family requests in lieu of flowers, contributions are made in memory of Marguerite to Riverside Rest Home Wheels on the Bus.
