Kittery Point - Marie Burke passed away unexpectedly on May 21, 2021 at her home in Kittery Point. Marie was born October 20, 1937, in Boston, Massachusetts to parents George and Evelyn (Mann) Burke. Marie graduated from Watertown High School before studying at Northeastern University in Boston, Ma. Graduating with a BS in Management & Liberal Arts. After college she worked and retired from Raytheon as Operations Manager of General Accounting.

Marie loved to garden, Designing Ikenbo Ikebana floral arrangements (she was the highest ranking teacher), read, play golf & play cards, morning walks and spending time with her family.

Marie is survived by her life partner Joan Mallett; Brother, Paul Burke & wife Charlotte Burke of Framingham, Ma.; sisters Kathleen Conneilly & husband Kevin of Billerica, Ma. , Janice Doremus of Braintree, Ma, Nancy Catherwood of Billerica, Ma., Carole Mannino of Derry, NH; sister in laws, Edith Dawley of Billerica, Ma, Betty Glenn & Dr. Richard Glenn of Cobleskill, New York; brother in law, Paul Till of Peabody, Ma., as well as many Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Great Nephews.

Services: A funeral mass will take place at 11:00am, Thursday, June 17, at St Raphael's Catholic Church, 6 Whipple Rd, Kittery, ME 03904.
