Maurice A. Gosselin, 94, died May 31, 2014 at Langdon Place of Dover. He was born in Somersworth June 4, 1919 the son of Joseph and Jeannette (Boucher) Gosselin. Maurice was a lifelong communicant of St. Martin Church and he was a veteran of World War II, having served in the army. He was a life member of both the American Legion and the DAV. In his younger years, he enjoyed hunting and playing cards. Maurice was the widower of Alice Blanche (Chenard) Gosselin who died in 2004. Prior to his retirement, Maurice was a forklift operator at General electric. He is survived by his son Richard of Somersworth, 4 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday June 4th at 11am at St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish in St. Martin Church, Somersworth with Rev. Michael S. Taylor, pastor, as celebrant.
