Portsmouth - Myron Eugene Spinney, 83, of 320 Thaxter Rd, Portsmouth, died on October 15, 2015 at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. Born in Portsmouth on December 12, 1931 he was the son of the late Emerson and Loretta (Carll) Spinney. Myron grew up in Portsmouth, attended local schools and graduated from Portsmouth High School with the class of 1949. Following graduation, he served three years as a member of the US Coast Guard.
