Milford-Norman C Rice, 59, Norm passed away peacefully at the Hospice House in Merrimack, NH on September 6, 2015, after a four year battle with cancer. He was the son of Cathy (Whiteneck) and the late Norman C. Rice. Norm was a man of supreme intelligence who had a great passion for technology, family and soccer. Norm loved his work as a software engineer but was also an accomplished chess master, equestrian, farrier, and mechanic. He was a very private man who made many community donations without recognition. Norm leaves behind his wife, Cheryl of 35 years, their son Adam, his daughter, Alexia, and many other sisters, brother, nieces and nephews. Norm was predeceased by his father along with his best friend and brother, Arthur. There will be no formal services. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 19th at 1 pm in Mt Pleasant Cemetery in Eliot, ME. A fellowship will follow at the Eliot Congregational Church State Rd Eliot.
