Dover, NH-Olga Leonora (Pearson) Bryant sadly passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at the age of 92 following a brief illness. She was born in Saugus, Massachusetts on December 12, 1930 to Carl and Laura (Dellorfano) Pearson. She lived her young life in Saugus with her parents, graduating from Saugus High School in 1948 with honors. She married JohnWilliam (Jack) Bryant on April 19, 1952 at Saint Margaret Church in Saugus. She sailed on the SS America toBremerhaven, Germany from New York on August 29, 1952 at the age of 21 to be with Jack who served in the U.S. Army. She moved back to Saugus in 1956, raising three sons. She worked as a secretary for the Saugus Public School System from 1976 to 1984. In 1987, Olga and Jack retired to Kittery Point, Maine. They also spent many winter months in St. Augustine, Florida.She moved to Shepard's Cove in Kittery, Maine in 2007 and spent the last two years at Spring Village in Dover, New Hampshire.
Her first love was unquestionably her family. She is survived by sons John and his wife Deborah of Danvers, Massachusetts, Neil and his wife Lee, of South Berwick, Maine and her daughter-in-law Gail of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin; six grandchildren Lindesay, Joshua, Randall, Emily, Adam and Andrew and two great grandchildren, Avery and Tess Cutter. She is also survived by her two sisters, Virginia Blundell and Carol Resca. She is predeceased by her husband Jack and her son Carl.
Olga was a very resourceful homemaker, enjoying bargain hunting at Jordan Marsh. Education for her sons and grandchildren was a very high priority. She enjoyed hosting neighborhood Christmas parties at her home in Kittery Point and getting together with friends at Shepard's Cove.
The family would like to thank the staff at Spring Village for the excellent care they provided to Olga during the last two years.
SERVICES: A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11am on Thursday, December 22 at St. Raphael Catholic Churchlocated at 6 Whipple Rd, Kittery, ME 03904.
