Obituary

Kittery, ME – Pauline (Dionne) Brown, 73, of Kittery, Maine, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2016, with her family by her side.

She was born on August 5, 1942 in Manchester N.H., to Herve and Irene (Beaulac) Dionne. Pauline raised her family in Portsmouth but lived most of her life in Kittery.

She was able to be at home and be cared for by her daughter and son-in-law for her last several years. She enjoyed being at home watching television, drinking iced coffee and napping whenever she liked. She enjoyed "the best summer ever" this past year. Every day she enjoyed the beautiful summer weather and views of Ossipee Lake while working on her tan.

Prior to her retirement as a parts inspector at Palmer Chenard for more than 20 years, she enjoyed reading, knitting and crocheting and her computer games. Pauline most loved dressing up and decorating her home for the holidays. Pauline was a gentle soul who loved the company of others.

Survivors include her four children, Rebecca Whitney and her husband, Steven of Center Ossipee N.H. and Kittery, ME, Michael Brown and his wife, Tina of York, ME, Debbie Brown of Rochester, NH and Edward Brown, Jr. and his wife Desi of Rochester, NH; four grandchildren, Whitney Brown of Rochester, NH, Cassandra Brown of Barrington, NH, Colby Brown of Barrington, NH, and Darcy Brown of York, ME; sister, Lorraine Perry of Manchester, NH; and a brother, Donald Dionne of Gonic, NH; several nieces and nephews.
