Obituary

Somersworth- Priscilla E. (Pepin) Guilmette, 87, of Guy St in Somersworth passed away at the home of her daughter, Anne Beaudoin, who had been her loving caretaker for the past seven years on Tuesday, June 2, 2015. Born, November 26, 1927, in Chisholm, ME. The daughter of Arthur and Irene (Pelletier) Pepin. On September 1, 1952 she married Leo Paul Guilmette and together they raised 6 children. She was a homemaker as well as a childcare provider for many years. She was also employed at Roberts Shoe for a period of time. She loved having her family around and for many years enjoyed playing Bingo. Priscilla was a member of St.Ignatious of Loyola Parish attending St. Martin's Church. Priscilla is survived by her children Michele Neumann, George Guilmette and wife Cindy, Anne Marie Beaudoin and Partner Larry Harris, Claire Rheaume and husband Glen, Ronald Guilmette, and daughter-in-law Janice Guilmette. Grandchildren Dale Marble and wife Tracey, Chris Neumann and wife Colleen, Leanna Tibbetts and husband Larry, Brian Neumann, Kyle Beaudoin and wife Stephanie, Eric Guilmette and wife Jackie, Corey Beaudoin and wife Mary, Kristen Forget and husband Brendan, as well as 15 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Olivette Kennedy, Gertrude Gilbert and brothers Norman Pepin and Andre Pepin, as well as many other family members. Priscilla also leaves behind her loyal companion Ollie. She is pre-deceased by her husband Leo Paul Guilmette (2004) and son Martin Guilmette (2010) as well as her brothers Maurice, Raymond and Francis Pepin as well as her sister Sonia Cormier. Priscilla was also predeceased by her dog Bella Jean. Pricilla's family would like to offer special thanks to the wonderful caregivers from Wentworth Home Care and Hospice Tonie, Shirley and Sarah. Calling hour will be, Saturday June 13, 2015 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at St. Martin's Church followed by a Memorial Mass at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Mt.Calvary Cemetery. Online condolences may be made by visiting www.bernierfuneralhome.com. Following the burial there will be a celebration and reflection at the home of her son at 7 Wolcott St., Somersworth, NH. Family flowers only, donations may be made in her memory to Wentworth Home Care and Hospice, St Ignatious of Loyola Parish or a charity of ones choice. Care for the Guilmette family has been entrusted to the Bernier Funeral Home.
