Raymond Marston passed away on October 14, 2025. He was born May 30, 1941, to parents Russell and Maxine Marston.
Raymond was born and raised in York, Maine; attending their school system throughout his school career. As a young man Raymond was active with both the York and Kittery Point Fire Departments. He dedicated his life for 30+ years working for the town of Kittery as a member of the Kittery Water District.
He liked to fish and was a lover of nature, especially taking rides through the White Mountains of New Hampshire. He had many hobbies including going to antique car shows, trains and railway history, and especially local and Maine history. Learning all he could about the places he loved. He also loved catching up with friends weekly over a cup of coffee.
Raymond in his later years was an active member at the First Christian Church of Kittery Point.
Raymond is predeceased by his loving wife Judith M (Ricker) Marston; parents, Russell and Maxine Marston; sisters, Anita Marston and Charlotte Tewksbury.
He is survived by daughter, Janice Marston and her husband Emery King Jr. of Kittery; son, Michael Marston of Dover; brothers, Roger (Leona) Marston of Chester, NH; Ralph (Terry) Marston of Alexandria, VA; and Rodney (Holly) Marston of Gilmanton Iron Works, NH.
A time of visitation will take place Tuesday, October 28, from 5-7p at the JS Pelkey & Son Funeral Home, 125 Old Post Road, Kittery, Maine, 03904. A funeral service will take place the following day, Wednesday, October 29, at 11a, at the First Christian Church of Kittery Point, 542 Haley Rd, Kittery Point, ME 03905. Care for the Marston family has been entrusted to the JS Pelkey & Son Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Center for Wildlife, 375 Mountain Road, Cape Neddick, ME 03902
