Acton, Maine – Richard J. Plomondon, Sr., 70, of Acton, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the Portsmouth Regional Hospital.

He was born on August 11, 1946 in Lynn, Massachusetts, a son of the late Walter and Rita (Dunn) Plomondon.

Richard was employed as a Quality Control Inspector for Seabrook International.

He loved his family, friends and coworkers and enjoyed skiing, kayaking and going to the gym.

Survivors include his wife, Lynne A. (Williams) Plomondon; his daughter, Pamela Plomondon and her partner, Lesley Wendt of Lebanon, ME; his son, Richard J. Plomondon, Jr of San Diego, CA; granddaughter, Ariana Plomondon of Lebanon, Maine and his sister, Phyllis Maneiro of Salem, MA.
