Robert Michael Deyak, Jr., of Somersworth, NH, passed away peacefully in his home on October 28, 2021, at the age of
67. Mike, to all who knew and loved him, was born November 27, 1953, and grew up in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.
Raised on Lake Winnipesaukee, Mike was a graduate of Kingswood Regional High School, and would go on to become a
very well respected and sought-after master marine mechanic. In addition to spending decades working on boats, both
independently and at various marinas in the area, Mike was also a longtime master mechanic at Wolfeboro Power
Equipment. He was proud that he had worked on the renowned Mount Washington Cruise Ship, as well as boats owned
by celebrities spending their summers on the lake. His expertise in the profession also positioned him to become a
valued mentor to many other mechanics over the years. Mike was a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed the freedom
that came with being on his bike for many years. Mike was a true artist with a natural musical talent as a guitarist. One
of his greatest joys in life was in his crafting of songs to fill his cup and share with family and friends. Some of Mike's
fondest memories were moments shared in teaching the art of music to others. Mike had a wonderfully sharp sense of
humor, appreciated a good prank, and always valued a good joke. He believed that the shortest distance between two
people was in sharing a good laugh and Mike's laugh was contagious. He was the father that loved to still be a kid
himself. He was the funny uncle and the calm in the storm to several nieces and nephews. He loved the times shared
with his entire family together at "The Camp." Mike was an animal lover, a poet, a brother and friend, and an all-around
cool guy that will be missed by many.

Mike is survived by his loving wife Veneta Deyak, sons Michael Deyak and Joseph Bean, daughter Marissa Moore,
brothers Allen Deyak and William Deyak, sisters Kate Deyak Willis, Anita Deyak Burt, and Kirsten Deyak Blanchette,
several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and his longtime childhood friend, Steve Chappell.

Mike is predeceased by his parents Mary Hall Deyak, Robert Michael Deyak, Sr. and his stepdaughter Allison Gayle.

Services will be held at Bernier Funeral Home, 49 South St, Somersworth, NH on November 27, 2021, from 1:00-
2:30pm, with the service at 2:00pm. Following the service, please join us for a celebration of his life at Kelley's Row, NH
-108, Somersworth, NH.
