Sean Patrick Donahue, 53, of Eliot, Maine, passed away on July 18, 2026. Born on July 15, 1973, in Haverhill, Massachusetts, Sean lived a life filled with passion for his family, music, and sports.
Sean was the beloved son of Kevin and Donna Donahue.
He was a devoted father to his two sons, Aiden and Casey, with whom he shared countless cherished moments. Sean took immense pride in attending their activities and sports events, always supporting them with unwavering enthusiasm. He shared a special bond with their mother, Dawn, as they raised their boys together.
Sean is also survived by his brother Brian and his wife Andrea; his sister Kelly and her husband John; and his nieces and nephews Kyle, Meghan, Zoe, Carly, and Tyler.
His family was the cornerstone of his life, and he treasured the time spent with them.
A man of many interests, Sean found joy in listening to music, going to concerts and playing his guitars. He was an avid fan of all Boston sports teams and enjoyed the camaraderie of fantasy football leagues with his father.
These hobbies brought him happiness and connected him deeply with those he loved.
Sean's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. May his legacy bring ..comfort to those who mourn his loss.
A time of visitation will take place Saturday, August 1st, from 10a-12n, at the JS Pelkey & Son Funeral Home, 125 Old Post Road, Kittery, ME 03904. Immediately following the visitation, the family invites all to join them in a time of remembrance and refreshment at the Regatta Room, 28 Levesque Drive, Eliot, Maine 03903. The family asks that in lieu of flowers you make a donation to Anna Jacques Hospitalm at https://giving.bilh.org/annajaqueshospital/ , where the donation will be good to good us helping the families of infants in the neonatal intensive care unit.
