Eliot, Maine.  Theron "Terry" Ames Sr. 87, passed away on the morning of Tuesday, July 27, 2021.

Born July 19, 1934 in Ipswich, Massachusetts, Terry was the son of Charles and Marguerite Ames and brother to Jean.  He is survived by his wife of 62 years Theresa "Terri" Ames.  Terry and Terri supported each other through Terry's Navy career of 22 years and raising their children Theron Jr., Pamela, Charles and grand daughter Bethany.  Terry's hearty laugh, smile and sense of humor will be greatly missed.

Services for Terry will be private.  His final resting place will be Highland Cemetery, Ipswich, MA beside his parents.
