Timothy Carter passed away after a period of failing health on July 9,2023. Tim was born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He grew up in Kittery Point, Maine, and attended school in Kittery, Maine in his youth.

With his love of the ocean, he was an avid lobsterman; fishing for several years off the Frisbee wharf in Kittery Point. Tim found that fishing was where he found peace and serenity.

Tim was a man who liked to keep to himself. He was not one to ask for anything, but would always be the first to give whatever he could to help others. He was a father of two children who were his world. His great sense of humor and laughter will remain in the hearts of all that knew him. He will be greatly missed.

He is predeceased by his mother Jeanne Arsenault.

Surviving family, father, Denys Arsenault, Kittery Point, Maine; sister, Patricia Pierson and her husband Charles from Manchester New Hampshire; sister Susan Piche and her husband David, South Berwick, Maine; and niece, Caitlin Pierson, Manchester, New Hampshire.

A celebration of life will be at a later date. Care for the Carter family has been entrusted to the JS Pelkey & Son Funeral Home.
