Rochester- Walter Ellsworth 55, of Rochester died suddenly on April 7, 2018 at Frisbee Memorial Hospital.
Born on October 28, 1962 he was a son of Wilbur and Audrey Ellsworth and graduated from Exeter High School.
A true people person Wally enjoyed meeting and sharing conversation with friends and coworkers . He worked at Yorks Wild Kingdom where he met and would later marry his loving wife Rebekah ( Messer ) Ellsworth. He also worked at local carnivals and festivals over the years.
He loved to get together with friends and family, trips to the Lone Oak and Jimmy Jones Locker for dinner and ice cream were favorites of his. He cherished time with the Barrett family for cookouts and adored Norma's peanut butter fudge, macaroni and cheese and meatloaf. He loved animals but none as much as Sebastian.
Walter is survived by his loving wife Rebekah of Rochester, in laws Rev. Dr. Ronald Messer and Marilyn J Messer of Rochester, sisters Rebecca Dow and Michelle Toll , nieces Norma and her husband Charles Baron and Sheila Washburn, dear friends the Barretts and many other nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his son Carroll whom he adored, his parents aunt Pauline, and brothers and sisters; Linda Smith and Mark Ellsworth.
Friends may visit with Walters family on Saturday April 14, 2018 from 11-12 inn the JS Pelkey Funeral Home 125 Old Post Road Kittery Maine 03904, where a funeral will be celebrated at noon.
